Restorative Yoga is a slow, supported style of yoga using props, that focuses on creating a deep state of relaxation.

Our modern lives are very busy, stimulating, stressful and active and these classes are the perfect antidote, combining meditation, calm breathing and letting go of tension to create ease in the body and mind.

This practice slowly unwinds you from the stresses of your life and leads you down into a blissfully relaxed state. When practiced regularly it can help to balance hormones, improve sleep and create a more positive state of mind.
