Hi there, I’m Gemma and I can’t wait to meet you!

Yoga has offered guidance and support to me throughout many difficulties stages of my life, serious injury, infertility, anxiety, chronic stress, pregnancy,  post natal recovery and motherhood. The combination of breath work, meditation, movement and relaxation is the perfect way for me to stay calm, improve focus, connect with my body and improve my wellbeing and I’m passionate about sharing what I know with those that need it.

I am blessed to be a mum to one little girl, my gorgeous miracle IVF baby and my difficult journey has inspired me to work with women who are struggling with their fertility and on their own journey to and through motherhood.

I am fascinated about how our minds and bodies work and am constantly progressing my learning about biology, anatomy, neuroscience and wellness. For me, yoga is a journey of discovery and I am constantly looking to improve my understanding of ways to promote optimal health and wellbeing.

I use my detailed knowledge of anatomy to make sure that the movement in teach is functional, beneficial and safe, whilst honouring the traditional roots of yoga as a sacred practice. As such I can modify and adapt practice for many injuries and conditions
