Doing yoga in your pregnancy is a wonderful way to look after yourself both physically and mentally. It can give you a chance to slow down and connect to your changing body and to your unborn baby. 

On a physical level, it can really help to reduce aches and pains, strengthen and support your body. The breathing and relaxation are so beneficial through pregnancy and as birth preparation, helping reduce anxiety and create a feeling of calm and control.
